About the building

The building, which was built in 1992 and has more than 17,000 m2 of office space, underwent a complete renovation in 2018. In addition to a complete, high-quality refurbishment of the common areas, including the office reception and reception area, communal areas, corridors and staircases, the building has also undergone a complete mechanical refurbishment. It is also possible to rent panoramic offices on the upper floors, and the underground car park under the building has a substantial capacity of around 360 parking spaces.

About the project

Our company performed the building acoustics, room acoustics and noise measurements required for the BREEAM certification of the Buda Square Office Building, as well as the evaluation documentation tasks according to the BREEAM acoustic aspects.
