We performed noise measurements and noise propagation calculations for the new Centrally Integrated Customer Service Office of Budapest District II. Municipality, in order to investigate the noise impact of the building mechanical equipment. The calculations were used to determine the legal compliance of the facility’s noise emissions. The noise exposure limit values of the apartment located in the building, and the customer area of the Central Integrated Customer Service were both examined.
