We performed numerical acoustic modelling based on the finite difference method (FDM) for the planned noise barrier structure of Hévíz substation’s shunt chokes. Based on the simulation results, the direction of further interventions could be presented, and instead of building the originally planned solution, it was possible to choose an appropriate noise protection structure.
